I am usually a Medium in shirts, but after reading reviews I decided to SIZE UP and get a Large. I am SO GLAD I did. This shirt is professional and cute! one of my favorite purchases. It's a light fabric that isn't cotton. It has a fitted seam in the back and you won't be able to lift your arms very high about your head. View images to see what I'm talking about. I LOVE IT. it is a little long but it works so well either tucked in or left out.
