The "QuickShip" label indicates that the item ships from a U.S. warehouse. If the item is unavailable from a U.S. warehouse, it will ship from an international warehouse, which may result in delays.

4.If you find that your package has not been delivered within the estimated time, please contact customer service within 45 days of the payment date so that the aforementioned issues can be addressed. Please note that: 1) If the tracking information indicates your package has been delivered but you have not received it, or 2) Your package includes missing/incorrect items or other logistics issues, you should contact us within 45 days of the delivery date shown on the tracking information page. 5. Please click the "Confirm Delivery" button within 6 months (from the date of shipment). After that, the button will turn gray and cannot be used to get additional points.

Canceling items might affect your order's eligibility for free shipping. If, after cancellation, your order no longer meets the criteria for free shipping, you will be required to pay the applicable shipping fee.
