Who doesn’t want this For 19 dlrs? Good quality , not thin not very thick. Not too long or short , perfect size ! I used it straight when I got it coz it was so windy and cold in the mountain since we just got snow. It kept me warm👍🏻 I highly recommend this! All my measurements are correct and this fitted me very well with extra room for sweater inside , the zipper works good and there’s buttons too . Everything im wearing is here from Shein !
